1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Hackaybe ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2User Accounts

To participate in hackathons or use certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.

• You must provide accurate and complete information.
• You may not use the account of another user without permission.
• You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account.

3Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Hackaybe and its licensors. Submissions made by users during hackathons remain the intellectual property of the respective creators, subject to the specific rules of each event.

4Code of Conduct

Hackaybe is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone. We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form.

Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. Determine to be a safe space for all innovators.

5Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Hackaybe, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
